Installation, the car control solenoid valve coil should be vertical upward, before the valve should be installed manual stop valve, medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body.

Do not install solenoid valves in the lower grooves of the pipeline, so as not to deposit steam condensate and impurities on the pipeline, affecting normal operation.

If the high-speed solenoid valve pipe is not hard enough, it is recommended to fix the pipe with a bracket before and after the valve to prevent the vibration of the solenoid valve during operation.

When the solenoid valve fails, the bypass device must be set up to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system.

In order to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of solenoid valves, the continuous production department recommends the use of bypass isolation devices. Note: Bypass valves must be closed frequently.

Special attention: solenoid valve installation, check the water, gas, loop connection is correct, open the water, gas loop, multiple tests, and then formal use, regular inspection.

General fault diagnosis and treatment:

After switching, the solenoid valve cannot work properly.

Coil burnt or short-circuited - Replace coil.

The power supply voltage is too low. - Adjust the voltage by -10% to 10%. (Start solenoid valve coil)

The medium pressure in the pipeline is not in the working pressure range, that is, the valve or the replacement of the corresponding pressure.

The solenoid valve cannot work properly after power failure.

The spool is jammed by impurities and cannot be reset. It is disassembled, cleaned and assembled by professionals. Excessive leakage; Damaged or aging seals - replace seals. Garbage in valve - remove garbage.
