The liquid viscosity is too high, the frequency is too high, and the life has reached → the liquid oil of the product is replaced.

Solenoid valve can not automatically close:

Main spool or iron moving core seal damage → replace the seal.

Whether the liquid temperature and viscosity are too high → replace the corresponding solenoid valve.

Containing impurities solenoid valve production spool or moving iron core - cleaning.

Marbles have reached the end of their useful life or have been deformed.

Flow regulating hole blockage → timely cleaning.

Too many operations or the service life has reached → Change the product or upgrade the product.

Leakage of solenoid valve:

Internal leakage → check whether the seal is damaged, whether the spring is not installed well.

Leakage → loose joint or seal failure → tighten screw or replace seal.

Electric noise → loose wire head, tighten. Voltage fluctuation after voltage regulation is not allowed. If there are impurities or irregularities on the absorption surface of the core, it should be cleaned or replaced in time.
