1. Solenoid valve coil short circuit or break:
Solenoid valve direct-acting detection method: first use a multimeter to measure its on-off, resistance value close to zero or infinite, coil short circuit or open.
Solution: Replace the solenoid valve coil.
2, solenoid valve plug/socket problems
Direct acting solenoid valve fault phenomenon:
The solenoid valve has a plug/socket, socket metal spring problems (I have encountered), plug connection problems (for example, to connect the power cord to the ground line) and other reasons can not send power into the coil. Form the habit of tightening the fixing screw after inserting the plug into the socket, and tightening the valve stem on the coil before tightening the fixing nut.
If the plug of the solenoid valve coil is equipped with the LED power indicator, the DC power supply to drive the solenoid valve must be connected immediately, otherwise the indicator will not be on. In addition, do not change the use of different voltage level with LED power indicator power plug, this will lead to LED burn/power supply (change the plug of low voltage level) short circuit or LED light weak (change the plug of high voltage level).
In the case of no power indicator light, the solenoid valve coil does not need to distinguish polarity (and the coil voltage is DC transistor time relay and coil parallel diode/resistor leakage circuit coil voltage is DC intermediate relay such intermediate relay for the original little Japan, need to distinguish polarity).
Solution: correct wiring errors, repair or replace the plug, socket.
3, solenoid valve spool problem:
Fault phenomenon 1: when the medium pressure of the solenoid valve is normal, press the manual button of the red solenoid valve, the solenoid valve does not have any reaction (the pressure medium has not changed), the valve body must be broken.
Treatment: check whether there are problems in the medium, such as whether there is a lot of water in the compressed air (the role of the oil-water separator is not big, especially when the pipeline is poorly designed, there are a lot of water in the compressed air through the solenoid valve), whether there are a lot of impurities in the liquid medium. Then remove water or impurities from solenoid valves and pipes. If not, repair or replace the spool, or replace the entire solenoid.
Fault symptom 2: After checking, the coil is the original coil, the coil is normal when it is energized, but the solenoid valve still does not work (the manual button function of the solenoid valve may be normal at this time), indicating that the valve body is broken.
Solution: Please repair or replace the spool, or replace the whole solenoid valve.
