Vehicle inspection shall be carried out in the following order:
1). Preheat the engine to normal temperature, and make the solenoid valve direct action type ready to run.
2). Unplug the vacuum hose on the steam recovery tank and check whether there is vacuum suction in the hose. There is no vacuum attraction in the vacuum hose and the solenoid valve closes when the engine is idle. At this time, if the automatic control system of steam and diesel evaporation is normal, if there is vacuum suction in the vacuum hose at this time, then use the digital multimeter 20V voltage file to check whether there is voltage on the wiring terminal 1 of the electromagnetic valve rf connector. At this time, the universal solenoid valve should be opened and the voltage is the battery voltage.
3). Step on the accelerator pedal, when the speed of the car exceeds 2000r/min, check whether there is no vacuum temptation in the above vacuum hose. If there is vacuum suction in the vacuum hose, it indicates that the system software works normally. If there is no vacuum suction in the vacuum hose, use a digital multimeter to check whether there is voltage on wiring terminal 1 of the radio frequency connector of the solenoid valve. If the voltage is normal, it shows that the solenoid valve has common faults, if the voltage is abnormal, it shows that the control line has common faults.
Solenoid valve parts inspection method
1) Check the resistance value of the solenoid valve magnet coil.
Unplug the radio frequency connector of the solenoid valve and accurately measure the resistance of the solenoid valve magnet coil with a digital multimeter. Resistance value meets the requirements, its resistance is 32 ω up and down, indicating that there is no problem with the solenoid valve of the activated carbon tank.
2) Check the solenoid valve in the work.
Remove the solenoid valve, first to the solenoid valve blowing inspection, solenoid valve does not change air; Then add the battery voltage to the electromagnetic valve rf connector on both sides of the child, and together to the solenoid valve blowing inspection, then the solenoid valve should be ventilated.
3) Inspection leakage:
When there is no electronic signal, the solenoid valve should be closed. Pull out the activated carbon tank solenoid valve connection hose, connect the solenoid valve power plug, enter the final operation diagnosis, choose the activated carbon tank solenoid valve N80, point to the solenoid valve inlet and outlet blowing to check whether the valve is open and closed well.
