Two, scope of application: electrified solenoid valve selection must be guided by experts.

Three, rationality: ultra-low temperature materials do not need to choose high temperature, increase the cost.

Selection basis: solenoid valve is selected according to the main parameters of gas solenoid valve pipeline: pipe diameter specification (DN), interface standard.

2, interface standard, general >DN50 choose flange socket, ≤DN50 can be freely selected according to the customer.

Choose the material and temperature group of solenoid valve according to the main parameters of the material.

1, corrosive substances: plastic wang solenoid valve should be used and all stainless steel plate strong corrosive substances must be used to protect pulse shock absorber type, such as OK69. Neutral material should also use alloy copper as the valve body raw material solenoid valve. Otherwise, rust often occurs in the body, especially where the position is not good. Copper is not an option for ammonia valves. Food grade stainless steel metal solenoid valve should be used for brewing and milk processing pipeline.

2, high temperature material: material temperature should be within the allowable range of the solenoid valve. For example, hot water, steam, high temperature heat conduction oil choose the type of heat resistant magnet coil and rubber seal, choose the structural characteristics of the piston machine.

3, material condition: there is roughly a steam state, liquid or mixed condition, this matter using different kinds of solenoid valve, that is, different substances of steam or liquid, the substance shape must be clear. Otherwise, valve characteristics are stable.

4, material viscosity: generally can be free to choose below 50cSt, more than the value of the use of low viscosity solenoid valve.

5, material cleanliness: the material contains a small amount of fine residue, can choose the pulse shock absorber structure, but when the residue is large, the filter device is set up in front of the solenoid valve.
